Fill out the return/exchange form, then E-Mail l us for a Return
Authorization Number at
cs@denimliquidators.com and instructions for the
return. Pack Your Return: Wrap your item carefully in a box
and enclose the return/exchange form with the Return
Authorization Number given by us via email (any items
shipped without an RMA # will be refused )Once the return
has been checked in by our returns department and processed
we email you a tracking # for your exchange
Exchanges are easy. choose the option that works best for
you:
All exchanges/return must be made within 14 days from the
day you receive your order. (Final sale items are not
refundable)
exchange is free only inside the Continental USA. (Excluding
Hawaii and Alaska or any International orders).
*If you need to return an item, please E-Mail us for an RMA
number. Then simply complete the return section on the
return/exchange form .
Once we receive your order, we credit
the appropriate account within 14-30 days, we also send you
an email to let you know the refund is complete. Please note
shipping charges are non-refundable. A 15% restocking charge
is applied for all items returned for refund, unless
merchandise received was damage in transit.. If you
have ordered by credit card we'll credit your account(
you'll see the credit on your following statement). If you
paid by check we'll mail your refund to you. We'll begin to
process you return once the product has been return to
us.Final sale items are non refundable
*All return merchandise must be unworn, smoke free and
stainless. Return to us in complete original manufacturer's
condition as sold, with all tags affixed. All tags must be
attached. Please do not throw away any documentation, brand
tags or price tag. Any item that has the tag removed CANNOT
be returned. All Items In x-final markdown as final sale no
returns
*Defective Merchandise: denimliquidators.com we are
committed to selling only first-quality, fashions items,
clothes and accessories. We do not sell factory seconds, or
special-ordered lower quality products. We employ quality
checks before an item leaves our warehouse. If you have
received a damaged or defective item, please contact us by
email. We will be more than happy to assist you with a
replacement (if it is available), or a credit (if
necessary). We are open Monday through Friday, from 10AM to
5 PM EST.
*Our policy on returns/exchanges by necessity has become
stricter, because many returns are worn, sometimes damaged,
or merchandise from other stores. We sincerely value our
customers, and we know you don't want to receive no less
than brand new merchandise. Our customers expect their
purchases to be new and undamaged. Please be considerate of
this.We ask that you do not send back merchandise that you
would not want to wear yourself. We cannot resale damaged or
used merchandise. If you return an item to us that is worn,
damaged, with out tags or have any stain on it. We will
return it to you at your expense.
